Founded in 1977 Knight Protective Industries became one of California’s leading security companies. In 1982 I raised funds to develop and launch a national rollout of its revolutionary patented technology. From 1984 I doubled its sales each year culminating in a sale that delivered returns of up to 1,300% for investors.

• Developed technology that brought the cost of certain home security systems down by a factor of ten while providing for increased security and lower law enforcement response times.
• Raised $2 million through two Investor Direct Offerings and using my customers as investors.
• Sold ‘Master Distributorships’ throughout the USA and Japan.
• Doubled sales each year between 1984 and 1989 prior to my retirement.
